Elise Osborne

It’s my mission to support and help clients identify ways to manage their individual challenges and lighten their emotional load. I believe everyone should have the opportunity to walk through life feeling supported, empowered and encouraged to live their best life.

I have worked with individuals across the lifespan with two not-for-profit organisations before transitioning into private practice over the past few years. I am passionate about assisting clients with a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, stress, and adjustment concerns. I approach therapy with a range of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I’m driven by the passionate pursuit of learning, with study and work being a big part of my personal experience. After completing a Master of Clinical Psychology (Post Registration) my application was approved for a place within the Clinical Psychology Registrar Program. During this Program I will continue to practice whilst working toward endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist.

I am registered with the Psychology Board of Australia (PBA), a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc. (AAPi).
